Teja Robinson, MHRM

Teja Robinson, MHRM has been working in Human Resources since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Teja worked as a Customer Service Representative for Spherion and a Front Desk Associate for LA Fitness. From 2012 to 2014, Teja worked as a Senior Recruiter for PeopleScout. Finally, from 2014 to present, Teja has been working for AltaStaff, a boutique staffing agency, as a Human Resources Manager, Program Manager, and Recruiting and Account Manager. As Program Manager, Teja monitors clients' business needs and industry developments to build a high level of expertise in improving efficiency and profitability for Altastaff. As Recruiting and Account Manager, Teja develops best practices and identifies client outreach strategies for staffing needs.

Teja Robinson, MHRM obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Aurora University between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Aurora University between 2006 and 2011.
