Tara Youssefi

Tara Youssefi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tara started their career in 2011 as a Sales Associate and Cashier at American Apparel and later worked at Pacific Sunwear in a similar role. In 2013, Tara worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Celebrate Ability, where they facilitated activities and demonstrated appropriate behavior and social skills to autistic students. Tara gained valuable insights into behavioral issues and observed students on opposite sides of the autism spectrum. Tara also worked as a Student Teacher at Standing Stone Elementary School and Istituto Maddalena di Cannosa in 2015, where they gained experience in educating and guiding students. In 2016, they became an Elementary School Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools, where they taught until 2023. During this time, they also worked as the Assistant Director at Holton-Arms School Creative Summer in 2022, overseeing camp activities and as a Summer Camp Counselor since 2015. Tara's academic journey includes being an Undergraduate Student at Penn State University from 2012 to 2016, and a Graduate Student at Walden University from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are an Account Manager at AltaVista Strategic Partners since 2023. Tara Youssefi earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Childhood Education Pre-K-4 from Penn State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Tara later pursued a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Walden University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019.
