Ricardo Molina

Ricardo Molina has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Ricardo started their career at Nortel as an Emergency Recovery Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for emergency outage conditions. Ricardo then moved on to Grande Communications, where they served as an Engineer Manager for the Core Network. After that, they joined T-Mobile, where they held several roles such as Network Performance Engineer, Engineer 3, Manager 3, and Sr. Technology Sourcing Manager. Most recently, they have been working at T-Mobile as a Sr. Manager in Technology Sourcing. In 2023, Ricardo Molina will be taking on a new position as the Chief Transformation Officer at GlenMartin.

Ricardo Molina earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, completing their studies from 1988 to 1994.
