Eva Berton has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Eva started their career as an HR Assistant at GRUNDFOS, where they were responsible for HR administration, coordination, recruitment, and new employee orientation. Eva then moved on to Emerson, where they worked as an HR Analyst Europe and HR Generalist Hungary. In this role, they provided HR support to the Valve Automation Business Unit in Hungary and successfully implemented the European Employee On Boarding Program. Lastly, Eva worked at Altea Energy, where they held multiple positions including Senior Recruitment Consultant, Head of Recruitment, and Key Account Manager. Eva was responsible for selecting experts for energy projects globally, serving as the main point of contact for key clients, and providing operational support and solutions.
Eva Berton has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Eva obtained this degree between the years of 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed another Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Óbuda, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
