Matti Virta

Matti Virta is a seasoned professional in project management and customer relations with extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Global Project Manager at Alteams Oy since October 2016, Matti coordinates customer projects globally, offering technical sales and customer support. Prior to this role, Matti was a Key Account Manager at Leinovalu Oy, managing a diverse portfolio of customers from February 2014 to September 2016. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Foundry Technology Manager at Metso Minerals Ltd, where Matti oversaw the methods engineering department and contributed to SAP implementation for foundry processes. Matti holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Engineering/Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
