Sami Oksanen

Sami Oksanen has served as Factory Manager at Alteams since May 2005, overseeing factory profitability, quality performance, production efficiency, capacity sufficiency, and safety management while leading a team of over 60 employees and participating in the management team. Previous roles include Project Manager, where Sami successfully led the Ruovesi factory relocation project, Sales & Business Development Manager focusing on global B2B sales, and Sales Engineer responsible for plant operations. Sami's educational background includes an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from Häme University of Applied Sciences, a DOM Diploma in Operations Management from Aalto University Executive Education, and additional training at MAGMA Academy in Germany.
