Chad Sarver has over two decades of experience in talent management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Altec since July 1999. In this role, Chad oversees associate performance management as well as learning and developmental activities. Previous positions at Altec include Training Manager, General Manager for Elizabethtown Operations, and Manager of Green Fleet and Hybrid Technology, where responsibility encompassed sales, marketing, product development, and production of efficient work vehicle solutions. Prior to Altec, Chad held various roles at Crucible Materials Corporation, including Production Supervisor in the Magnetics Division. Chad holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a BA in Communications and Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
