Crystal Hontz

Crystal Hontz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles. Currently serving as an HR Generalist/Representative II at Altec since June 2018, Crystal's responsibilities include benefits administration, employee relations, claims resolution, and supporting senior management. Prior to this, Crystal held positions at Herzog as an HR Generalist and Human Resources Administrative Assistant, where duties encompassed employee communication, records management, and benefit processing. Crystal began a career in accounting at Universal Account Servicing as a Staff Accountant/Client Services Representative and previously worked at Postal & Community Credit Union in member accounting. Crystal Hontz holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from The University of Kansas.
