Dana Shipps

Dana Shipps possesses extensive experience in administrative roles and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Administrator Legal Outreach at Altec since February 2015, Dana has also held positions as Senior Administrative Assistant and Sr. Administrative Assistant in Media Publication within the same organization. Prior to Altec, Dana was the owner of Shaklee from 2006 to October 2020, facilitating knowledge in nutrition and green living. Experience at St. Joseph NewsPress as a Press Advertising Team Assistant included supporting multiple sales executives and handling advertising layouts and business research. Dana started a career in customer service and sales as a Sales Consultant at Cingular Wireless, and prior held the position of Service Coordinator at Anderson Ford, managing repair schedules and customer communications.
