Tammy Bergland

Tammy Bergland is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at Altec since April 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and enhance job-related training for mechanics. Prior to this role, Tammy worked as a Library Reference Assistant at St. Joseph Public Library and served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the United Way of Greater St. Joseph, managing marketing materials and events for local non-profit agencies. Earlier positions include Grant Writer/Development Coordinator at United Cerebral Palsy of Northwest Missouri, Director of Education at Francis Street First United Methodist Church, and various teaching roles at Missouri Western State University and Ivy Tech Community College. Tammy holds an MA in Communication from Purdue University and a BA in Education and English from Millikin University.
