Kathleen Geriak, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Nations Direct Mortgage since June 2021. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Altec, where contributions included supporting small-to-mid size customers with proprietary document management solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager/Business Partner for the West Coast & Northwest Regions at US Investigation Services and HR-Employee Relations Manager at Wescom Credit Union, where Kathleen implemented best practices in performance management and employee engagement.
