Anca Geru

Anca Geru, CHRP, is an accomplished human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Stokes Inc. since June 2009, Anca oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Prior to this role, Anca was the Manager of Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits at Stokes Inc. from 2005 to 2009, responsible for managing payroll processes and legislative compliance. Anca's earlier experience includes serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager and Administrative Assistant at Bouclair Inc. Anca holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University.
