Guillaume Hormière

Guillaume Hormière has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Guillaume began their career at Extensit as an intern, where they worked on integrating Google Maps into a website and adding a classifieds feature. In 2010, they completed an internship at IRIT, where they designed and implemented a Linux library to monitor and analyze computer metrics, store the data, and recognize software from their resources consumption pattern. In 2011, they worked at Rockwell Collins in both an apprenticeship and an internship, where they specified, designed, and implemented a monitoring module for an embedded router and a software solution to version and validate configuration files. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at TELESPAZIO FRANCE as a Dev/Ops engineer, software engineer, and DevOps engineer, where they developed and deployed a micro-service application for automatically treating coppernicus images on a cluster, produced and improved the continuous delivery process of these applications, and tested the cloud infrastructure in the Geo-information world. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Delair as a Feature Team Leader/Tech Lead, where they technically led and coordinated a team to achieve the geospatial functionalities of the application and APIs. Since 2020, they have worked at Alteia as a Tech Lead, where they participate in the development of a micro-service solution to organize, process, visualize, and analyze geospatial data.

Guillaume Hormière completed an IUP ISI in Informatique from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BTS in Informatique from Lycée Louis Rascol between 2007 and 2009. In 2007, they also achieved a Baccalauréat STI in Electrotechnique from Lycée Paul Mathou.
