Wael Bsaibes has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Student Brand Ambassador for Red Bull. Wael then worked as a Sales and Event Executive for Red Bull from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Wael became a Hostel Manager for Bartolomé Kamala. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Executive for Platinum Emotion. Wael then joined Airware in 2016 as a Business Developer (internship). From 2017 to 2018, they were a Customer Success Operations and Customer Project Manager for Airware. Finally, Wael joined Alteia in 2020, where they currently serve as a Data Operations Manager & Support Lead, Success Ops and Support Manager, and Customer Success Operations. In their roles, Wael has been responsible for studying customer journeys, optimizing workflows, implementing ideas and tools to increase customer traction, managing technical support operations, designing and improving support processes and policies, and more.
Wael Bsaibes received a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia & Communication (Graphic Design) from University College of Bahrain from 2004 to 2009. In 2015, they completed a Master's Degree in MSc Marketing - International Sport & Event Management from KEDGE Business School.
