Elena Kutarova

Elena Kutarova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder at VTARGETS since July 2021, Elena also holds the position of Head Of Customer Service at ALTEL, a role undertaken since April 2017. Prior to these roles, Elena led customer service teams at Tele2 Kazakhstan from March 2017 to April 2021 and at MegaFon from August 2003 to July 2011, where Elena managed the call center operations.
