Kumar Rathod

Kumar Rathod is a Senior Design Engineer at ALTEN India since May 2022, specializing in soft trim design, tunnel silencers, and various automotive components, while actively engaging with suppliers and cross-functional teams for technical discussions and design feasibility. Previously, Kumar worked as a Design Engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation, focusing on cross car beam design and ECU unit packaging, and at Magna International, contributing to the design and development of exterior door handles. Kumar also served as a Dimensional Engineer at General Motors, where responsibilities included applying and updating GD&T to various interior components. Kumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from B V B College of Engineering, obtained in 2015.
