Meryem Drajou

Meryem Drajou currently serves as a Technicien support IT at Alten Maroc since November 2021, overseeing the surveillance and management of IT incidents across various PSA Stellantis centers, including LAN/WAN network equipment and servers operating on multiple systems such as Windows and Linux. Meryem also has experience as a Technicien support FAI, where responsibilities included analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents while ensuring end-to-end customer support. Prior to these roles, Meryem completed internships at the Préfecture région Fès-Meknès and CHU, as well as a PFE internship at Alten Maroc. Meryem is pursuing a Bac+5 degree in Engineering Smart Systems, Networks, and Project Management at École Nationale des Sciences Appliquées de Fès, following a DUT in Networks and Telecommunications from École supérieure de technologie Fès.
