Kirti Patil

Kirti Patil is an experienced professional in the technology and coaching sectors, currently serving as a Success Coach at Emeritus since September 2025. Previously, Kirti held various senior positions at Kotak Life from December 2003 to July 2025, including Technology Advisor, Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President IT, and VP. Prior experience includes leading Technology Infrastructure and Web Application Development at Bayer Group in India from October 2001 to October 2003, and serving as Manager - IT at International Rectifier from January 1997 to January 2001. Kirti holds a degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MMS from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
