Aleksander Kuśpak is a professional with extensive experience in project quality engineering and management. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of People of Quality since January 2024, Aleksander also holds dual roles as Project Quality Engineer at NIDEC MOTORS & ACTUATORS (POLAND) Sp. z o.o and ALTEN Polska, both since April 2023. Previously, Aleksander was a Project Leader and Process Data Optimization engineer at Mabuchi Motor Poland sp. z o.o. from August 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the SmartFactory project and creating quality documentation. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Department Assistant at Valeo from September 2019 to July 2020. Aleksander Kuśpak earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow in 2020.
