Axel Girardetti

Axel Girardetti is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and consulting. Currently serving as the Eastern Europe Director at ALTEN since January 2013, Axel oversees the profit and loss of ALTEN Romania and ALTEN Polska, managing a team of 2,000 engineers and engaging in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Axel holds positions as a Senior Consultant at both proSapient and Dialectica since January 2023 and October 2018, respectively. Previously, Axel has held multiple roles at ALTEN, including Managing Director at Alten Romania and Marketing Operational. Early career experience includes senior management positions at Altran in various countries. Axel is an alumnus of ESCP Business School, where a Master’s Degree was obtained between 1997 and 2001.
