Hugo Nowak

Hugo Nowak is a Senior Project Leader at ALTEN LTD in the UK since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Agile Cost Reduction team in the aeronautical sector and conducting technical and project reviews. Previously, Hugo served as an Engineering Change & Configuration Manager at Alstom from December 2020 to September 2021, overseeing engineering change activities for new RER NG trains, and held various engineering roles at Jaguar Land Rover, including Powertrain Lead Engineer and Chassis Lead Engineer, focusing on the timely delivery of sub-components. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager role at Euro Engineering France, CAD Engineer at BIC, and Design Engineer at Fimatec Ingénierie. Hugo holds a Master of Science in Project & Program Management & Business Development from SKEMA Business School and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
