Evan Scott

Evan Scott is a Senior Project Leader at National Church Residences, focusing on the development of affordable housing communities for seniors across several states. Previously, Evan held various roles at Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc., advising clients on real estate development through market analysis and financial modeling. Early career experiences include significant project management and planning internships with the City of Austin, where Evan contributed to financial and capital planning initiatives, as well as GIS-related projects with the Downtown Austin Alliance. Evan holds a Master of Community & Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University.
