Gururaj Beluru Satyanarayana has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Gururaj started their career at Cyient as a Design Engineer, where they focused on customer interactions, conceptual design, modeling, and delivering products on time. Gururaj then moved on to QuEST Global as a Senior Engineer, specializing in component design and definition for gas turbine aero engine parts. Gururaj gained experience in concurrent engineering, design solutions, and product lifecycle management. Next, Gururaj worked at Quest Global Engineering Services GmbH as a Senior Engineer, where they led component design and definition projects for Rolls Royce. Gururaj created 3D models and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with Rolls Royce standards. In 2022, they joined ALTEN Germany as a Project Leader, responsible for local integrated project leadership, creating manufacturing process models, and authoring computer-aided process planning. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Deputy Principal Engineer at ALTEN. Gururaj Beluru Satyanarayana completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in the years 2007-2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes from 2013-2015.
