Peter Himes

Peter Himes, FRM, currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Market Products at Alter Domus since September 2018. With a strong background in financial services, Peter has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Agency Services in North America and Residential Mortgage Origination at Haven Home Loans LLC and Fairway Independent Mortgage from December 2016 to June 2018. Prior experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch spanned over nine years, featuring positions such as Director/SVP in Global Custody & Asset Servicing, and multiple SVP roles overseeing Private Label Securitization and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS). Peter's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
