Chief Information Officer and Customer Service Manager at Alter Solution

Daniele Pirovano has a diverse range of work experience. Daniele began their career in 2001 as an Educatore professionale at A77 Cooperativa Sociale e Comunità del Giambellino, where they were involved in various projects related to street education, substance abuse prevention, and youth centers in the Milan area. Daniele later joined Consorzio Nord Milano as a Docente Socio-Educativo nel Settore Informatico in 2001, and subsequently worked at AFOL Nord Milano as a Docente Socio-Educativo from 2007 to 2009. Since 2009, they have served as the Chief Information Officer and Customer Service Manager at Alter Solution.

Daniele Pirovano attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Scienze dell'Educazione. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained additional certifications, including VMSP: Veeam Sales Professional and VMTSP: Veeam Technical Sales Professional from Veeam Software in February 2014, as well as ITIL v3 Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) from PEOPLECERT in June 2011.
