Catherine Myers

Catherine Myers is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and compensation, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Altera since August 2025. Prior roles include Director of Global Compensation at Marvell Technology and Analog Devices, where responsibilities included leading the transition to global compensation practices and overseeing the integration processes during acquisitions. Catherine's earlier experience at Cummins Inc. involved managing HR integration for multiple acquisitions and enhancing compensation programs, while earlier roles at Aon focused on consulting for compensation strategies in Canada. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queen's University.
