Jacek Czajka

Jacek Czajka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management within the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Altera since January 2025. Prior to this, Jacek held multiple senior leadership roles at Intel Corporation from October 1999 to December 2024, including responsibilities in DevOps, validation, and release management for FPGA software, as well as managing firmware/software development in various divisions. Jacek's career began in quality assurance and IT management at CrossComm Poland and Olicom Poland, where foundational skills were developed in network and system administration. Jacek holds a Master’s degree in Automatic Design of Electronic Structures from Gdańsk University of Technology and has a strong background in operational management across Europe and Asia.
