Michaelle Gonzalez

Michaelle Gonzalez currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer and Global HR at Altera since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michaelle accumulated over 22 years of experience at Intel Corporation, holding various positions including Chief of Staff for Global Business HR within the Corporate & Data Center and AI Group, as well as roles in risk management, program management, and software planning. Michaelle's early career included working at Robert Half International. Michaelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Science in Network and System Administration from Cosumnes River College.
