Val Scaglione

Val Scaglione currently serves as the Head of Global Business HR at Altera, where responsibilities include leading the global HR team and developing Altera's global HR strategy while providing strategic counsel to executive leaders. Prior to this role, Val built extensive experience at Intel Corporation, holding positions such as Human Resources Director for the Data Center and AI Groups and for the Connectivity Group, where management of HR solutions and services was central. Val also held the role of HR Organizational Effectiveness Practitioner Manager, overseeing a team that supported HR initiatives within the Data Center Group. Val is an alumnus of San José State University.
