Bjørn Varhaug

Bjørn Varhaug is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Development and Projects Manager at Altera Infrastructure since March 2021. Previously, Bjørn worked as a Business Manager/Senior Advisor at Veni from February 2020 to March 2021. From March 2015 to January 2020, Bjørn held the position of Enterprise Architect at Helse Vest IKT, where responsibilities included implementing SAP S/4Hana and reporting cost metrics to the Norwegian Directorate of Health. An extensive career at Bouvet ASA spanned from February 1999 to December 2014, where Bjørn progressed from Consultant to Business Area Manager. Bjørn's earlier roles included Senior Consultant at Software Innovation and Consultant/Senior Consultant at BEST Beslutningsstøtte. Bjørn obtained a Master of Management in Decision Support, Management Information Systems, Finance, and Accounting from BI Norwegian Business School, graduating in 1994.
