Melody Housken

Melody Housken is a seasoned professional in project services and human resource management with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Project Services & Organisation Manager at Altera Infrastructure since September 2019, Melody has previously held roles including People & Organisation Project Lead and People & Organisation Advisor, where responsibilities included providing employee relations support and advising on the full Hire-to-Retire cycle. Prior to joining Altera, Melody worked as an HR Advisor at Teekay, focusing on recruitment and onboarding during the company's transition.
