Abhishek Sachithanandam has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Abhishek is currently working at Maxwell Energy Systems as a Senior Hardware Verification Engineer, responsible for performing hardware reliability tests on BMS systems, debugging hardware systems, and conducting endurance tests and test cases. Prior to this, they held the role of Platform Lead at the same company.

Before joining Maxwell Energy Systems, Abhishek worked at Oranje Kracht Engineering as an Embedded Engineer. Abhishek'sresponsibilities included working on Lithium Ion Batteries based BMS systems, BMS testing, and battery design and production.

Abhishek Sachithanandam completed their education in a chronological order. Abhishek obtained a Master's degree in Technology (MTech) from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, specializing in Renewable Energy Technologies, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from S.I.E.S Graduate School of Technology between 2013 and 2017. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Abhishek completed a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Vidyalankar Polytechnic from 2010 to 2013. Along with their academic qualifications, they also obtained certifications in AIAG-VDA DFMEA for Practitioners and Facilitators from Maxwell Energy Systems in April 2022, and in IBM Machine Learning Essentials from IBM in July 2018.
