Prior to this role, Tamra held the position of Director of Learning Strategy & Business Development at Maritz from July 2000 to July 2017. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Training Services at VSI Marketing Services, Inc from 1994 to 2000 and as a Senior Writer/Training Designer at Carlson Marketing Group from 1990 to 1994. Early career experience encompasses an instructional role at Wright State University from 1989 to 1991. Tamra holds a BA in English Education from Cedarville University.
