Silas Bond

Silas Bond is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Principal Research Scientist at Alterity Therapeutics since August 2016, with a prior role as Principal Research Scientist. Silas also held positions as a Medicinal Organic Chemist/CMC Associate and Synthetic Chemist at Prana Biotechnology and Advanced Molecular Technologies, respectively. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Biota Pharmaceuticals as Principal Research Scientist, Senior Research Scientist, and Research Scientist. Silas began his career at Monash University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Research Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Monash University and a Bachelor's Degree from RMIT University.
