Amy Smith

Amy Smith has a diverse work experience. Amy started their career as an Assistant Manager/Front Desk at Towne Athletic Club in 1998. Amy then worked as a Business Manager at Club Tan, LLC from 2001 to 2002, where they played a crucial role in establishing policies and training standards. Amy joined HCR ManorCare in 2002 as an Office Manager, responsible for overseeing operations and collaborating with the Director of Nursing. In 2006, they joined Alternate Solutions Health Network as the Manager of Homecare Records and Reimbursement, ensuring accurate billing and monitoring key financial metrics. Amy was later promoted to the position of Director of Patient Accounts and finally as the Corporate Vice President, Revenue Cycle, and Stakeholder. Their roles at Alternate Solutions involved managing teams, implementing standards and processes, and providing input on financial performance and compliance.
