Kirk Barton

Kirk Barton, MBA, J.D., joined ABS in 2018 and has more than a decade of legal and compliance experience in the healthcare and technology industries. He is responsible for managing and implementing all legal affairs for ABS and leads the internal processes for promoting and ensuring ABS’ compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures. Barton chairs ABS’ compliance committee.

Barton earned his bachelor’s in economics from Brigham Young University, his MBA from Arizona State University, and his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
