Executive Vice President at Alternative Behavior Strategies

Mellanie Page, M.Ed., BCBA, joined ABS Kids in 2014. In her role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations, her key focus areas include employee engagement and culture, monitoring and managing key performance and quality indicators, optimizing and designing processes that support healthy growth, and expansion into new markets. In her previous role as Regional Director, Page led ABS Kids' expansion into two new states and grew those practices into eight centers operating in six distinct communities.

Page is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst, passionate about advancing the field through the lens of organizational operations. She teaches students of Behavior Analysis as a National University instructor and is certified in Organizational Behavior Management. She earned her Master’s of Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Utah in 2014 and her Bachelor’s of Psychology from Florida International University in 2011. She makes her home in Utah with her family.
