Alternative Bridging Corporation

ABC has a clear-cut vision – to be ALTERNATIVE by name and alternative by culture, finding solutions, not problems, being fair and transparent and being flexible. We accept each enquiry is important and work with our introducers and borrowers to convert opportunities to loans, swiftly, simply. ABC believes there is a vacant space for a listening lender for the property industry and SME market – one which will review the facts with intelligence and empathy, think outside the box and then deliver results with reliability and promptly. Jonathan Rubins, a director of ABC and head of sales, explains ABC’s USP is individually underwritten loans by people for people, not tick boxes and algorithms. He says “although sometimes new opportunities are challenging, often hidden in the background there are positive factors. This is the time to listen and gather sufficient circumstantial information to satisfy ourselves and convert a “no” to “yes”. Put simply, property finance is our business.
