Paul Gavin has over 19 years of experience in the financial sector, primarily in business development and relationship management roles. Currently, Paul serves as the Head of Sales at Alternative Bridging Corporation, where responsibilities include overseeing sales operations and business development in the Northern Division. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Business Development Manager at Glenhawk and HS Credit, and notable positions at Oblix Capital and Amicus Finance plc. Paul has a solid background in property finance from roles at Bank of Ireland, where Paul was an Associate Director, and in repossession sales with Citi. Since 2017, Paul has specialized in the Alternative Finance Sector, focusing on non-standard commercial bridging and development proposals outside traditional banking lending criteria. Paul’s educational foundation was established at St Annes RC High School.
