Analissa Sanchez is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the healthcare and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition at TheKey since July 2024, Analissa previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition - Walmart Health, where responsibilities included fulfilling healthcare roles across multiple locations. Prior to that, Analissa worked as a Recruiting Manager for Amazon Care, designing talent solutions in a fast-paced environment. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Methodist Healthcare System, Corporate Recruiter for Pearson, and various roles at Kelly Services, where leadership extended across recruitment and business development in multiple markets. Analissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
