Jessalyn Rodgers

Jessalyn Rodgers is currently serving as an HR Service Center Specialist at TheKey since February 2024, after previously holding roles such as Regional Activities Specialist at Oakmont Senior Living and various positions at TheKey, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Training and Development Specialist. With a background in direct support and clinical assistance from the Center for Disability Services and Silverado, Jessalyn has gained extensive experience in client care and activities coordination, including educational experiences at Sunrise Senior Living and Eddy Alzheimer's Center. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Human Services from Hudson Valley Community College and further studies at the State University of New York at Oswego.
