Monica Johnston has extensive experience in the field of data management and analytics. Monica began their career at Compaq Computer Corporation, where they served as a Data Architect and Project Manager, supporting enterprise-level supply chain visibility.

Monica then joined HP as an ETL Developer and Informatica Administrator, where they played a key role in the design and development of an enterprise-wide data warehouse. Monica also converted PL/SQL scripts to Informatica mappings.

After HP, Monica worked at AMVESCAP as an ETL Developer and Siebel Analytics Developer. Here, they built a data warehouse to support the new Executive Reporting Tool and created Informatica mappings to extract data from an Oracle repository.

Next, Monica joined Wells Fargo as an ETL Developer and Data Analyst. Monica provided support to the compliance team by pulling sample data for testing and created SSIS packages to extract data from the DB2 data warehouse. Monica also performed database queries to produce statistics on compliance testing results.

At McKesson, Monica served as a Data Warehouse Analyst, collaborating with reporting analysts to gather requirements and design new internal/external reports. Monica designed and implemented star schemas and supporting data warehouse tables for reporting, and documented system design and coding standards.

Following McKesson, Monica joined NortonLifeLock and held various roles, including Data Warehouse Specialist, Data Engineer, and Data Architect. In these roles, they created Informatica mappings to pull data from various business applications, provided support for nightly ETL loads, and developed dimensional data models.

Most recently, Monica is working at Wipro Limited as a Big Data Architect. Monica is responsible for designing and implementing big data solutions.

Currently, Monica is working as a Business Analytics Manager at TheKey.

Monica Johnston obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on General Management Information Systems, at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management during the same period.
