Vijeesh Padmanaban

Vijeesh Padmanaban has extensive work experience in the technology and professional services industry. Vijeesh began their career as a Programming Analyst at Covansys in 2001, where they maintained and supported an eCommerce application for a large retail customer. Vijeesh also re-engineered off-the-shelf solutions to meet client requirements and trained a team of technical SMEs.

In 2007, Vijeesh joined Computer Sciences Corporation as an Account Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 50+ resources and played a key role in expanding the account. Vijeesh worked closely with the client's C Suite for strategic planning and supported their information technology needs.

In 2013, Vijeesh joined eGain Corporation as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they served as the lead architect on various customer-focused initiatives in the fintech, retail, and banking sectors. Vijeesh conceptualized and delivered complex integration patterns and scalable solutions to enhance the core product offering.

Vijeesh progressed within eGain Corporation and held positions such as Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Senior Director of Professional Services, and currently holds the role of Vice President of Professional Services. In these roles, Vijeesh has been responsible for leading and guiding teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Vijeesh has also collaborated with large consulting houses and partners to expedite business growth.

Throughout their career, Vijeesh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on delivering high-quality solutions, and strategic planning capabilities.

Vijeesh Padmanaban completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1995 to 1999. In 2003, they obtained the Covansys CORE Award from Covansys.
