Rachael McKinney

Rachael McKinney, MBA has extensive experience in the home care industry. Rachael is currently serving as a Senior Home Care Liaison at TheKey since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Operations at Home Care Assistance from December 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for directing and growing the branch, establishing relationships with key partners, and contributing to the company's strategic plan. Rachael also served as the Director of Client Services at Senior Home Care Services, Inc. from November 2009 to December 2020. Rachael played a vital role in the overall growth of the business, reporting directly to the owner, hiring and training new management, and coaching sales team members. Before their role in the home care industry, Rachael worked as a Financial Assistance at Smith Barney from September 2008 to May 2009, where they were responsible for a variety of financial account operations and analyzed SEC filings.

Rachael McKinney, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study at Wroxton College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Rachael pursued higher education and obtained an MBA in Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2011.
