Jim Barry

Jim Barry has an extensive work experience, beginning in 1996 with Strataflex Corporation, where they held the role of President & General Manager of US Operations and Vice President of Sales & Marketing of US Operations. During this time, they leveraged their international sales experience and comprehensive knowledge of marketing to revitalize a struggling North American Subsidiary, restructuring the workforce to create a solid operational baseline that grew the business across North America. In 2003, Jim was recruited by Eltek USA Inc. to ignite company growth and catalyze immediate positive change. Jim built the US subsidiary from the ground up, including Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and Ops, and managed the entire product development process. In 2017, Jim founded Technical Solutions Associates, LLC, where they contracted to head-up the North American Sales & Marketing efforts for PCB Technologies. Jim took full ownership of the business, recruitment lifecycle, client interface, social media engagements, and determined the mission, vision, short and long-term goals. In 2020, Jim joined Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions as the Director of Business Development, and in 2021 they became the VP of Sales & Marketing at Alternative Manufacturing, Inc.
