Jasmine Hemans

Jasmine Hemans, MSW, is a dedicated social work professional with extensive experience in facilitating programs for children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities. Currently serving as a Program Facilitator at Alternative Paths Training School since November 2017, Jasmine employs conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, collaborates with behavioral analysts, and implements Individualized Education Plans. Additionally, Jasmine has contributed as a nanny since February 2017, supporting children's educational needs and creating engaging environments. Prior experience includes internships at Howard University Hospital's Strong Start Program and School Based Health Services, where Jasmine promoted prenatal care and administered mental health assessments.
