Sophia Kokores, MAPP, serves as the Director of Partnerships at Room to Breathe Project, where management of relationships with mental health organizations enhances support for youth in San Francisco. As Co-founder and Head of Partnerships at Well-Crafted Collaborative, Sophia engages in building relationships throughout the client journey. Sophia is also the Founder and CEO of OPM Collective, which fosters connection among small teams. As a Penn Resiliency Program Facilitator, Sophia trains various professionals in resiliency skills. Previous roles include coaching educators at Burn-in Mindset, managing social-emotional learning curriculum at Summit Public Schools, and teaching in middle and elementary education settings.
