Haylee Bell

Haylee Bell has over 30 years of work experience in the life sciences and human resources industries. Haylee began their career in 1988 as a Recruiting Assistant at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York, NY. In 1989, they moved to Persona Personnel, Inc. as a Temporary Division Supervisor and Permanent Placement Counselor. In 1991, they became a Human Resources Representative at Brandon Systems Corporation in Secaucus, NJ. In 1994, they took on the role of Human Resources Administrator at SIKA Corporation. In 1996, they began their tenure at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth-Ayerst) as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2000, they joined Forest Laboratories as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. In 2012, they became a Senior Recruiter at Novartis through Judge, Inc. Finally, in 2013, they joined Alternative Resources Company as a Vice President, Life Sciences Recruitment, then Director, Life Sciences Recruitment, and finally Associate Director, Pharmaceutical Recruitment.

Haylee Bell attended Rider University from 1984 to 1988, graduating with a B.A. in Speech Communications.
