Kelsey Callanan

Kelsey Callanan has over six years of work experience in recruitment operations, administrative recruiting assistance, and account coordination. In 2018, they began working as Manager of Recruitment Operations for Alternative Resources Company, a high-volume, boutique recruiting company providing staffing solutions for Life Sciences companies and professionals. In this role, they provided administrative and operational support to the entire recruiting staff, scheduled and managed candidate interview calendars, and sourced talent and qualified mid to senior level candidates.

Previously, in 2017, Kelsey worked as a Recruiting Assistant for Mobilitie, the largest privately-held wireless infrastructure provider in the United States. In this role, they managed and streamlined the operations of an ongoing business development recruiting project.

From 2014 to 2017, Kelsey worked for The CSI Companies as an Account Coordinator and Account Administrator. In this role, they administratively supported a Sales Executive in maintaining their book of business, communicated with clients and hiring leaders daily, and supported their hiring needs and concerns.

Kelsey Callanan attended the University of North Florida from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on Public Relations.
