Fernando Bandeira

Fernando Bandeira is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. As a Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at Alternative Payments since June 2021, Fernando has been instrumental in shaping technical development and securing early-stage investments through the creation of prototypes and Minimum Viable Products. Previously, as an advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Goodworld, Fernando revitalized the company's technical direction. At Cheerful, Fernando co-founded the company and focused on improving software quality and performance during challenging times. Prior roles include Head of Engineering at Atria Design Studio, where over 40 projects were delivered, and Lead Software Engineer at Movelaria On Line, contributing to an award-winning e-commerce startup. Fernando holds an MBA in Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, along with multiple nanodegrees in Artificial Intelligence and React.
