Katie Knapp

Katie Knapp is a skilled mental health professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mental health and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist and Wraparound REACH Care Coordinator Supervisor at Alternatives in Psychological Consultation since February 2020, Katie previously held the position of School-aged Leader/Teacher at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA from September 2013 to October 2021. In addition, Katie worked as a Stepping Stones Intern at the Family & Children's Center, assisting children who experienced sexual abuse, and as a Juvenile Tracker at Stein Counseling, monitoring juveniles on probation. Katie holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
